Empowering children to learn and discover!
My name is Pam Hunter (Mrs. Hunter), I have been married to my husband for 35 years and raised 2 amazing boys. I have 5 grandchildren and love them fiercely. I opened my school 23 years ago in my home and moved to a local location this past year.
I love teaching preschool, it is a passion, never an obligation.
I offer not only a positive learning environment, but a safe and loving one as well. I take pride in my learning through play philosophy and teaching the children a love for books. My goal is to help each child develop a sense of accomplishment in what he/she learns each day. I want to be able to provide the opportunity to help your child, help themselves.
I graduated from Ricks College (now known as BYU-I) in Professional Preschool Education in December of 1991. I have more than 30 years of experience caring for and teaching children of various ages while raising my own children. I have worked in both public and private facilities as a day care provider and teacher, I attend educational webinars regularly and I am always looking for new ways to further my knowledge and education.
Preschool years are among the most critical in a child’s development. With this in mind I will be providing developmentally and age-appropriate activities to help each child feel secure about what they are learning. The children will have many opportunities to explore, to experience, to choose, to trust and to succeed!
I am pleased to be able to provide your child with a program that will help them shape their future and provide them with memories that will last a lifetime.
At Country Cuzzins Preschool, we believe that every child is unique and has their own way of learning. That's why we incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to each child's individual needs.
*Our registration fee is used to guarantee your child's placement in class. It is also used to purchase supplies that will be used during class. This fee is nonrefundable.
*Classes start to fill up (for the following school year) at the first of the year.
*We are not a day care, though we do have an after school care program.
*Our youngest students are 3 and need to be potty trained.
*We have several fun workshops during the summer.
*Safety is top priority.
*We follow the Shelley school's schedule pretty close (our spud harvest break is only 1 week).
I have helpers/assistants that help during class and after school. They work side by side with me to assist the children with their learning and every day skills.
My helpers are Mrs. K (Bethany Klingler) Mrs. Kelley (Laisa Kelley) and Mrs. Wray (McKenzi Wray) not yet pictured.

We are starting to take names for anyone who needs care for their child after school. I teach preschool during the day so the hours for After school are 3:30-6:00 (according to parents needs).
I take Kindergarten-2nd grade. We are located just a half of a block from Goodsell Elementary so we can walk to pick up your child there (there is a bus that drops children at Goodsell from sunrise). Please call or text for more information. 208 520-6756
